Do I have to supply my credit card for the free trial?
No. Sign up for any account for free. At the end of the 30 day trial, you can enter your payment details to keep your private storms active. Alternatively, your private storms will become read-only.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Edistorm is a month-to-month service. You only pay for the month you use. There are no long-term contracts.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
Can I upgrade or downgrade a plan at any time?
Yes. you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel a plan at any time. Your new pricing will be effective your next billing date.
What does it cost for participants to brainstorm with me?
Absolutely free. You can invite unlimited users to brainstorm with you for free. Subscriptions are only required for the creator/administrator of a private storm.
