Hello and welcome to my website!

When working with a health professional, it is important to find the right “fit” between yourself and the practitioner that you are working with. To help you with this, I will tell you about myself and my approach. Please read to see if these qualities resonate with you. In addition, I would like to invite you to come to The Adelaide Health Clinic to meet me. I am pleased to offer you a complimentary consultation so that we can meet each other and for you to decide if I am the dietitian that will meet your needs.

I am a:

  • Registered Dietitian in the Province of Ontario
  • Mother
  • Athlete
  • Cancer survivor
  • Professional who wants to help you to achieve your goals

My Goals as a Dietitian:

  • To listen
  • To be open-minded about where you come from and where you want to be
  • To be up to date on my knowledge of nutrition
  • To explain nutrition to you in a way that you can understand
  • To set goals with you
  • To be responsible
  • To use my tools in nutrition, fitness and emotional health to assist you on your path
  • To look at the big picture

My Mission:

To provide my clients with a safe and harmonious plan to achieve their nutrition and health goals. The plan will be generated after a thorough assessment focused on hearing you and your uniqueness. My clients are adults who are ready to make changes and want to work with a regulated health professional who will provide evidence-based, progressive, treatment for their health issue(s).  My care plans will focus on nutrition, exercise and emotional aspects of eating and activity. I believe what I do makes a difference and I will not recommend anything to a client that I am not doing or willing to do myself.

My Vision:

To continue to educate myself and my clients on the best health practices to achieve and maintain optimal wellbeing. To practice and advocate listening to ones body so that recommendations are sustainable and not reliant on will-power or ignoring ones inner signals in order to achieve them. My practice will continue to evolve as I develop personally and professionally.

    • Graduated with Honours
